Memory Pilot Warranty

Thanks for choosing Memory Pilot Products.  It is important for you to be happy with your purchase. Before any warranty, if you are having a problem, please contact us.. we are here to help. You can find the Contact link in the footer at the bottom of this page.

All Memory Pilot products are covered by the same BASIC warranty.  A few products include crash replacement, but most don't. Scroll down for more details on each of our products.

The BASIC warranty policy covers the product only in the case of manufacturer defect. It does not cover products damaged due to normal wear and tear, negligence, improper care, natural breaking or fading of colors and materials over time and/or exposure. If you think the product is defective you can send it in for a warranty inspection. All warranty inspections require a return authorization number (RA#) to be issued in advance. All products sent to us for warranty inspection should be sent prepaid trackable freight and insured to make sure that we get the item.  Once it is received, we will take a look and let you know what action will be taken.
